Management of liver clot following surgical excision of a recurrent pyogenic granuloma: A case report

چکیده
A pyogenic granuloma is a prevalent inflammatory hyperplasia of connective tissue. These lesions develop as reactive tissue response to low-grade local irritation, trauma, and hormonal imbalances. Morphologically, it may present single exophytic nodule or sessile papule, with smooth lobulated surface, on pedunculated base. hemorrhagic range in size from few millimeters several centimetres vary color purple pink red, depending the age lesion. Recurrence be seen some cases even following surgical resection occur due incomplete excision, failure eliminate etiologic factors, repeated trauma.This case report documents excision recurrent along management liver clot that developed post-operatively.
